[ad_pod ]It was only a few weeks ago that it looked like Nottingham Forest would have a slim chance of making the play-offs.The word bottling is thrown around regularly but one win in their last six games is enough to suggest that they never really had what it took to have a chance of securing promotion. As a result fans have become increasingly disgruntled and after a ticket update claiming there had been a number of returns, supporters decided to lay into their club. One fan said Forest have gone severely backwards whilst two supporters urged for the club to read the disillusioned comments to the tweet. An individual also took to Twitter to claim they didn’t want to see long-ball football, something indicative of how poorly Martin O’Neill’s team have played recently. It was a hugely negative response and it’s unlikely things are going to get much better for Forest as the season reaches its climax.
They’ve lost all of their last three games and currently occupy 11th spot, eight points off of Bristol City in sixth.
Here’s the best of the reaction.
