Harry Kane produced a stunning long-range strike to give Bayern Munich a two-goal lead over Flamengo in their Club World Cup round of 16 clash at the Hard Rock Stadium in Florida. The brilliant effort from outside of the box also helped Kane achieve yet another milestone as he registered 40-plus goals in a second consecutive season.

With Bayern already 1-0 up in their round of 16 tie thanks to an Erick Pulgar own goal, Dayot Upamecano stopped a Flamengo counter-attack with a brilliant tackle as Kane won the ball. The English striker then took a few strides before finding the back of the net with a low-lying long-range shot using his supposedly weaker left foot.

Kane went trophyless in his maiden campaign in Germany, but personally, he had an amazing journey with the Bavarian side. He scored 44 goals across all competitions in 45 appearances and provided 12 assists. Bayern won the Bundesliga title back in the 2024-25 campaign, and Kane has now reached the 40 goal mark again by scoring on his 50th appearance against Flamengo.
